The Bunn Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Rocky Mount Gryphons to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklinton for a The Big East 2A/3A game on Tuesday, September 5. Bunn will meet a Rams team coming off a 3-0 league win over Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-1.

The Gryphons (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC). The Bulldogs enter the The Big East 2A/3A game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Nash Central dropped by Southern Nash (Bailey, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
