The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Cabrini Crescents (New Orleans, LA) and the host Ursuline Academy Lions (New Orleans, LA), saw Cabrini's volleyball squad beat Ursuline Academy by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Cabrini upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Crescents travel to Central (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, September 1. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host St. Charles Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31.
