The Owensboro Catholic Aces volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Daviess County Panthers to 0 in the Aces league victory on Tuesday.

The Aces now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ohio County for a non-league game on Thursday, August 31. Owensboro Catholic will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.

The Panthers (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Grayson County defeated Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY), 3-0, in a league game.
