The Hopkins County Central Storm volleyball team (Madisonville, KY), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY)

The Braves (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY). The Blue Tornado enter the non-league challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Paducah Tilghman defeated Webster County (Dixon, KY), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Storm meet the Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) in a District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Hopkins County Central will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Livingston Central (Smithland, KY).
