The Jim Thorpe Olympians topped the visiting North Schuylkill Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Olympians now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lehighton for a Schuylkill County 1 test on Thursday, August 31. Jim Thorpe will confront a Indians team coming off a 3-2 league win over Our Lady of Lourdes Regional (Coal Township, PA). The Indians record now stands at 2-0.

The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Executive Education Academy Charter School (Allentown, PA). The Raptors enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Executive Education Academy Charter School was knocked off by Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
