The Raleigh Lions volleyball team (Raleigh, MS), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Northeast Jones Tigers (Laurel, MS)

The Tigers (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Quitman (Quitman, MS). The Panthers come into the Class 4 Region 4 challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Quitman went down by Southeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Puckett Wolves (Puckett, MS) in a Class 2 Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Raleigh will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lake (Lake, MS).
