The Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) volleyball overcame the visiting Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals (Sibley, IA), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Okoboji upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Pioneers host West Lyon (Inwood, IA) to face the Wildcats in a Siouxland outing on Thursday, September 7. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 7-1. West Lyon lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Garretson (Garretson, SD)

The Generals now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to West Bend-Mallard for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 29. Sibley-Ocheyedan will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-0.
