The Providence Pioneers volleyball team (Burbank, CA), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA)

The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA). The Wolves come into the Prep challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Flintridge Prep went down by Mayfield (Pasadena, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers encounter the Chadwick Dolphins (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Providence will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to South (Torrance, CA).
