North Carolina High School Volleyball - Queen's Grant over Valor Preparatory Academy

August 29, 2023: Matthews, NC 28105

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Valor Preparatory Academy Owls (Concord, NC), saw Queen's Grant's volleyball squad beat Valor Preparatory Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Queen's Grant upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Stallions travel to Parkwood (Monroe, NC) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 6. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a record of 2-5.

The Owls now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Piedmont Community Charter for a Metro Eight 1A bout on Friday, September 1. Valor Preparatory Academy will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.

The Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC) varsity volleyball team won Tuesday's home conference match against Valor Preparatory Academy (Concord, NC) by a score of 3-0.
