The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Portage (Portage, IN). The Indians enter the Duneland battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Portage was edged by Munster (Munster, IN), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Indians confront the Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) in a Duneland battle, on Tuesday, September 3. Lake Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wolves enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN).
