The New Manchester Jaguar softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Lithia Springs Lions to 1 in the Jaguar league win on Thursday.

The Jaguar now possess a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Cobb for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 4. New Manchester will confront a Eagles team coming off a 9-1 league win over Osborne (Marietta, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Lithia Springs moves to 0-8 on the season. The Lions travel to Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA) to confront the Falcons in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Pebblebrook lost 18-3 in their recent league battle against Osborne (Marietta, GA)
