The Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Stephens County Indians to 1 in the Wolverines league win on Thursday.

The Wolverines now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Apalachee for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3.

With the loss, Stephens County moves to 12-2 on the season. The Indians host Madison County (Danielsville, GA) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 4. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a record of 5-5. Madison County won 9-3 in their recent league battle against Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA)
