Nevada High School Volleyball - Somerset Sky Pointe over Amplus Academy

August 29, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89131

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Amplus Academy Archers (Las Vegas, NV), observed Somerset Sky Pointe's volleyball team top Amplus Academy by a tally of 3-0.

The Eagles (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bonanza (Las Vegas, NV). The Bengals enter the 4A Mountain contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Bonanza was beaten by Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Archers meet the Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Mountain contest, on Tuesday, September 3. Amplus Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cowboys enter the contest with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV).
