The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmetto (Palmetto, FL). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Palmetto was beaten by Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tornadoes meet the Bayshore Bruins (Bradenton, FL) in a 4A District 12 challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Booker will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bruins enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Southeast (Bradenton, FL).
