In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Boyceville Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the South Shore Cardinals.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Independence/Gilmanton (Independence, WI). The Indees enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Independence/Gilmanton was beaten by Cochrane-Fountain City (Fountain City, WI), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Elmwood/Plum City Wolves (Elmwood, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. South Shore will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Athens (Athens, WI).
