In Thursday's league match, the Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the host Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Bruins confront the Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match, on Tuesday, September 3. Camden County will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC).

The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bears enter the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Hertford County was dropped by Currituck County (Barco, NC), 3-0, in a league match.
