The Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) volleyball held off the host Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Fliers now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Bellevue for a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout on Thursday, September 5.

With the loss, Perkins drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Columbian (Tiffin, OH) to clash with the Tornadoes in a Toledo City bout on Thursday, September 5. The Tornadoes come into the bout with a record of 3-1.
