The Eastern Guilford Wildcats topped the host High Point Central Bison volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a Mid-State 3A game, on Tuesday, September 3. Eastern Guilford will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to McMichael (Mayodan, NC).

The Bison (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Rams go into the Mid-State 3A game with a 0-6 record.
