In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Terry Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Forest Hill Patriots.

The Bulldogs (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Jim Hill (Jackson, MS). The Tigers enter the Class 6A Region 3 challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Jim Hill was beaten by Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Pearl River Central Blue Devils (Carriere, MS) in a Class 6A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Forest Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to West Jones (Laurel, MS).
