The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Port Gibson (Port Gibson, MS). The Blue Waves enter the Class 3A Region 7 contest with a 3-0 record.

Next, the Indians battle the Wesson Cobras (Wesson, MS) in a Class 3A Region 7 contest, on Tuesday, September 10. Hazlehurst will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
