In Thursday's league challenge, the host Livingston Academy Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Watertown Purple Tigers.

The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against DeKalb County (Smithville, TN). The Tigers come into the AA District 7 challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, DeKalb County lost by Stone Memorial (Crossville, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Purple Tigers meet the Eagleville Eagles (Eagleville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 30. Watertown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Cannon County (Woodbury, TN).
