The Perry County Central Commodores volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Morgan County Cougars to 0 in the Commodores non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Commodores now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Bell County for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. Perry County Central will play a Bobcats team coming off a 3-2 league win over Harlan County (Harlan, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Morgan County drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Rowan County (Morehead, KY) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 5-0. Rowan County won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against West Carter (Olive Hill, KY)
