Texas High School Football - Brownfield falls to Muleshoe

The Muleshoe Mules felled the visiting Brownfield Cubs football team by a score of 42-12 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mules face the Lamesa Tornadoes (Lamesa, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Muleshoe will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Tornadoes go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 49-47 non-league loss to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX).

The Cubs (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Slaton (Slaton, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Slaton knocked off Friona (Friona, TX), 50-22, in a non-league test.
