California High School Flag Football - Salinas sneaks past Palma

The Salinas Cowboys flag football squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Palma Chieftains to 6 in the Cowboys league triumph on Friday.

The Cowboys now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alisal for a test on Monday, September 1.

With the defeat, Palma drops to 0-1 on the season. The Chieftains travel to Watsonville (Watsonville, CA) to face the Wildcatz in a challenge on Wednesday, September 3. The Wildcatz go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Watsonville lost 6-0 in their recent league challenge against King City (King City, CA)
