Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Redmond Panthers (Redmond, OR) and the host Baker Bulldogs (Baker City, OR), observed Redmond's volleyball team top Baker by a count of 2-0.

With the win, Redmond improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to La Grande (La Grande, OR) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Bulldogs now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Medford for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29.
