In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Daviess County Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Christian County Colonels.
The Panthers (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Colts go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, West Jessamine gained a win over Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY), 3-0, in a league test.
The Colonels now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Jessamine for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Christian County will face a Colts squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY). The Colts record now stands at 5-0.
