Texas High School Volleyball - Greenwood can't get by Trinity Christian

The Trinity Christian Lions nudged the host Greenwood Rangers volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Lions now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Friona for a non-league game on Saturday, August 30. Trinity Christian will confront a Chieftans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The Chieftans record now stands at 12-7.

The Rangers (15-6) will now prepare for their game against Compass Academy (Odessa, TX). The go into the non-league outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Compass Academy nipped Big Spring (Big Spring, TX), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
