Nevada High School Volleyball - Indian Springs can't hold off Tonopah

In Friday's non-league bout, the Tonopah Muckers (Tonopah, NV) volleyball team held off the visiting Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV), by a margin of 2-1.

The Muckers now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Baker for a non-league bout on Friday, August 29. Tonopah will clash with a Braves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Summit Leadership Academy (Hesperia, CA). The Braves record now stands at 1-3.

The Thunderbirds (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Sandy Valley (Sandy Valley, NV). The Sidewinders enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Sandy Valley was tipped by Adelson (Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league match.
