In Friday's non-league test, the visiting La Grange Leopards volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the St. Paul Cardinals.

With the win, La Grange advances its record to 15-10 on the season. The Leopards travel to Jarrell (Jarrell, TX) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 2-13. Jarrell lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lago Vista (Lago Vista, TX)

Next, the Cardinals play the Lexington Eagles (Lexington, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. St. Paul will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX).
