Virginia High School Volleyball - New Covenant over Lynchburg HomeSchool

In Friday's non-league challenge, the host New Covenant Gryphons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots.

The Gryphons (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Temple Christian went down by Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA), 3-2, in a league test.

The Patriots now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association for a test on Friday, September 5. Lynchburg HomeSchool will face a Patriots squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-0.
