North Rock Creek Cougars (Shawnee, OK) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting McAlester Buffaloes (McAlester, OK), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Tishomingo (Tishomingo, OK). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Tishomingo lost by Tuttle (Tuttle, OK), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Buffaloes meet the Muskogee Roughers (Muskogee, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. McAlester will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Roughers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Union (Tulsa, OK).
