The Rockwell Marshals volleyball squad (Eagle Mountain, UT), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Vanguard Academy Knights (West Valley City, UT)

With the win, Vanguard Academy improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, UT) to encounter the Tigers in a 2A Region 16 battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Marshals now hold a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Emery for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 30. Rockwell will battle a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Grand County (Moab, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.
