North Carolina High School Volleyball - Shining Light Baptist Academy bounced by Victory Christian

Victory Christian Cardinals (Sylva, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against New Manna Christian (Marion, NC). The Wind enter the NCCSA A District 1- West Region challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, New Manna Christian was beaten by Victory Christian (Sylva, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sharks meet the Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs (Cowpens, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Shining Light Baptist Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
