Kansas High School Volleyball - St. John's/Tipton Catholic can't hold off Sylvan-Lucas

The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs tipped the visiting St. John's/Tipton Catholic Blujays volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Thunder Ridge Longhorns (Kensington, KS) in a Northern Plains game, on Tuesday, September 2. Sylvan-Lucas will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Longhorns enter the game with a 0-0 record after their 0-0 league Lakeside (Downs, KS).

With the loss, St. John's/Tipton Catholic drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Blujays host Osborne (Osborne, KS) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Northern Plains bout on Friday, August 29. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
