The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH) and the host Northwest Knights (Cincinnati, OH), saw Edgewood's soccer squad beat Northwest by a count of 5-1.

The Cougars now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lebanon for a non-league test on Thursday, September 1.

With the loss, Northwest drops to 0-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Ross (Hamilton, OH) to meet the Rams in a Southwest Ohio test on Tuesday, September 6. The Rams come into the test with a record of 2-0. Ross won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Oakwood (Dayton, OH)
