The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) and the visiting Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC), saw Chapin's volleyball squad beat Mid-Carolina by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Chapin upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Eagles host Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC) to play the War Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 31. The War Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Rebels now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Irmo for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. Mid-Carolina will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-2.
