North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ben L. Smith tips Atkins

Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Golden Eagles battle the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a Mid-State 3A match, on Thursday, September 1. Ben L. Smith will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 4-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).

With the loss, Atkins drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Camels travel to Dudley (Greensboro, NC) to battle the Panthers in a Mid-State 3A match on Thursday, September 1. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-4. Dudley lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
