South Carolina High School Volleyball - Denmark-Olar tips Calhoun County

August 30, 2022: St. Matthews, SC 29135

The Denmark-Olar Vikings (Denmark, SC) volleyball nudged the host Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC), 2-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Denmark-Olar upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Ridge Spring-Monetta (Monetta, SC) to face the Trojans in a A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, September 6. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Ridge Spring-Monetta lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC)

The Saints now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler for a A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, September 6. Calhoun County will face a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-4.
