Georgia High School Volleyball - Rome tips Creekview

August 30, 2022: Canton, GA 30115

In Tuesday's league contest, the Rome Wolves (Rome, GA) volleyball squad nudged the host Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) in a 6A Area 6 contest, on Thursday, September 1. Rome will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 12-3 record after their 3-0 league win over River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).

With the loss, Creekview moves to 7-14 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Sequoyah (Canton, GA) to battle the Chiefs in a 6A Area 6 contest on Thursday, September 1. The Chiefs go into the contest with a record of 12-2. Sequoyah lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Pope (Marietta, GA)
