The SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC) volleyball were winner over the host Gaston Christian Eagles (Gastonia, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, SouthLake Christian Academy betters its record to 5-1 on the year. The host Woodlawn (Davidson, NC) to face the Trailblazers in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 1. The Trailblazers go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Woodlawn lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC)

The Eagles now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Northside Christian Academy for a NCISAA Metrolina outing on Thursday, September 8.
