The Greenback Cherokees volleyball team (Greenback, TN), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Monterey Wildcats (Monterey, TN)

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Coalfield (Coalfield, TN). The Yellow Jackets enter the A District 3 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Coalfield defeated Oakdale (Oakdale, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cherokees meet the Coalfield Yellow Jackets (Coalfield, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Greenback will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Monterey (Monterey, TN).
