Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - North Schuylkill Jim Thorpe

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Jim Thorpe Olympians volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the North Schuylkill Spartans.

The Olympians (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lehighton (Lehighton, PA). The Indians come into the Schuylkill County 1 battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Lehighton defeated Our Lady of Lourdes Regional (Coal Township, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 3. North Schuylkill will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Williams Valley (Tower City, PA).
