The Pioneers now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Green Valley for a 4A Southern - Mountain test on Tuesday, September 5. Canyon Springs will meet a Gators squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Western (Las Vegas, NV). The Gators record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Desert Pines drops to 0-3 on the season. The Jaguars host Centennial (Las Vegas, NV) to meet the Bulldogs in a 4A Southern - Mountain test on Tuesday, September 5. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-1. Centennial won 8-0 in their recent league test against Basic (Henderson, NV)
