The Greenbrier East Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Independence Patriots to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Spartans now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Summers County for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 30.

The Patriots (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Summers County (Hinton, WV). The Bobcats enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
