The Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) volleyball were winner over the host North Stars (Bakersfield, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Taft betters its record to 8-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Kennedy (Delano, CA) to face the Thunderbirds in a South Sequoia outing on Tuesday, September 5. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a record of 7-3. Kennedy lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Highland (Bakersfield, CA)
