The Berks Catholic Saints edged the host Executive Education Academy Charter School Raptors football team by a score of 22-18 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Saints face the Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Berks Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 31-21 league loss to Emmaus (Emmaus, PA).
The Raptors (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Columbia (Bloomsburg, PA). The Bluejays enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Columbia was edged by Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA), 43-16, in a league challenge.
