Colorado High School Football - Mead defeats Pueblo South

August 30, 2024: Longmont, CO 80504

In Friday's non-league match, the host Mead Mavericks football squad scored a good 33-14 victory over the Pueblo South Colts.

The Mavericks (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Frederick (Frederick, CO). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Frederick was beaten by Broomfield (Broomfield, CO), 44-20, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Colts confront the Falcon Falcons (Falcon, CO) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 6. Pueblo South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 28-25 non-league win over George Washington (Denver, CO).
