Nebraska High School Softball - Gretna bounces Millard South

August 30, 2024: Omaha, NE 68137

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Gretna Dragons softball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Millard South Patriots.

The Dragons (10-0) will now prepare for their match against Millard West (Omaha, NE). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Millard West topped Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE), 10-1, in a non-league contest.

The Patriots now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Papillion-LaVista for a A District contest on Tuesday, September 3. Millard South will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Northwest (Grand Island, NE). The Monarchs record now stands at 6-2.
