South Carolina High School Volleyball - Westminster Catawba Christian tips Gaston Day

August 30, 2024: Rock Hill, SC 29732

The Westminster Catawba Christian Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Gaston Day Spartans to 2 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Arborbrook Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. Westminster Catawba Christian will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Gaston Day drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Concord Academy (Concord, NC) to play the Eagles in a NCISAA Metrolina Athletic outing on Tuesday, September 3. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 2-2. Concord Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC)
