The Cabot Panthers volleyball team (Cabot, AR), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Bentonville Tigers (Bentonville, AR)
The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southside (Fort Smith, AR). The Mavericks enter the 6A West contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Southside got by Har-Ber (Springdale, AR), 3-1, in a league contest.
Next, the Panthers battle the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) in a 6A Central contest, on Thursday, September 4. Cabot will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Hurricane go into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Paragould (Paragould, AR).
